What is Deals Rummy?

Deals rummy is a unique rummy variant where the players play for a pre-decided number of deals. At the start of an online deals rummy game, all players are given a fixed amount of chips to play with. At the end of each round, the winner will win chips from the losing player based on the scores. At the end of a deals rummy game, the player with the higher chips count wins the game.

Rules of Deals Rummy

In deals rummy rules, the game is played between 2-6 players with 2 packs of cards (two printed jokers). Players will play for chips that will be won from the opponent based on the points that they have accumulated. The player with the highest chip count wins the game.

Deals rummy is a 13-card variant. Each player will take turns in picking/discarding cards from the open/close pile to complete their sets. Once the sets are complete, a player can move a card to the finish slot to declare their sequences.

The rules in deals rummy are majorly the same as the normal rummy rules with regard to sequence formation.

How to Play Deals Rummy Online?

Deals rummy can be played on the Gamezy app in both cash and free tables. There are a certain set of rules similar to all variants of the 13 card rummy game or Indian rummy in rules of deal rummy. In online deals rummy, each player starts with 13 cards; which they have to make valid sequences with. Deals rummy rules state that sequences should be pure sequences (a run of 3 or 4 successive cards of the same suit), impure sequences (a run of 3 or 4 successive cards with a joker) and, triples (3 cards of the same value, but different suits).

Rule of Jokers in Deals Rummy Game:

If there are 2 players on the table, only 1 joker is used. If there are 6 players on the table, 2 jokers are used. Jokers are used to forming an impure sequence or to complete a triple. After dealing, a random card is also selected from the remaining deck to become a Joker.

Cards Category in Deals Rummy Online:

The cards are categorized from low rank to high rank: Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King. The Royal cards (Jack, Queen & King) are valued at 10 points. Ace is valued as 1 point or a face card when forming the sets.

How Do You Win in Deals Rummy & Declare Correctly?

To win in an online deals rummy game, the first player to declare correctly will get the sum of chips from all losing players depending on their scores. To declare correctly, a player must have 14 cards of which one card must be disposed of. Once the card is disposed of, the player should combine the last 13 cards in accordance with the Online Deals Rummy Rules.
